Rotterdam – Rody Overwater deviendra directeur général (PDG) de coeo aux Pays-Bas et Belgique à compter du 1er septembre 2022. Il reprendra le flambeau de la direction actuelle menée par Niels de Peuter (CEO) et Roman Berkhout (CCO), qui quitteront leurs fonctions actuelles chez coeo le 1er novembre 2022.

Depuis sa création il y a 15 ans, coeo (anciennement CIB) s’est taillé une taille de choix sur le marché néerlandais et européen de la gestion de crédit. Désireux d’être et de rester l’un des partenaires de gestion de crédit les plus innovants en Europe, coeo tend vers l’excellence opérationnelle. Avec son expertise, Rody Overwater est le candidat idéal pour amener coeo à un niveau supérieur.

Rody Overwater travaille dans le secteur de la gestion du crédit depuis 2010. Avant, Rody travaillait en tant que directeur des opérations Benelux chez Intrum. Fort de son expérience, Rody peut apporter une contribution importante à la croissance et à l’amélioration de la qualité de coeo aux Pays-Bas. « Ces dernières années, nous avons assisté à une croissance gigantesque chez coeo et je veux poursuivre cette croissance avec l’équipe. Bien sûr sans compromettre la qualité et la rendre encore plus professionnelle. Ce que je trouve personnellement important, c’est de travailler dans une organisation informelle axée sur les gens, où le travail acharné et l’humour vont de pair.

Niels de Peuter a une grande confiance dans le nouveau PDG : « Rody est capable de mener l’entreprise vers la prochaine phase, a même de répondre aux besoins actuels de l’entreprise et de mener à bien la prochaine phase. »

Rody Overwater new CEO of coeo in the Netherlands and Belgium

Rotterdam – Rody Overwater will become the CEO of coeo in the Netherlands and Belgium, effective 1 September 2022. He takes over from the current executives, Niels de Peuter (CEO) and Roman Berkhout (CCO). They are leaving the Company as of 1 November 2022.

Since its establishment 15 years ago, coeo (formerly CIB) has become a leading player in the Dutch and European credit management market. The ambition of coeo is to be and remain one of the most innovative credit management partners in Europe, based on operational excellence. With his expertise, Rody Overwater is the perfect candidate to take coeo to the next level.

Rody Overwater has been active within the credit management industry since 2010. Previously, Rody served as Director of Operations Benelux at Intrum. Based on his experience, Rody can add a lot to the growth and quality of coeo in the Netherlands. “In the past few years, coeo has seen tremendous growth. I want to continue that growth together with the team  without compromising on quality and professionalism, of course. What I personally find important is to work in an informal, people-oriented organisation where hard work and a sense of humour go hand in hand.

Niels de Peuter has great confidence in the new CEO: « Rody is someone who can lead the company into the next phase, someone who can meet the needs that the company currently has and make the next phase a success. »
