Rotterdam, 1 maart 2021 – coeo (voorheen bekend als Centraal Invorderings Bureau, CIB) steekt de grens over naar België en opent vandaag officieel haar kantoor in Zaventem. Het openen van een tweede vestiging is het gevolg van de groei die incasso-organisatie coeo doormaakt op Europees niveau. 

Met een vestiging in België is coeo in staat haar diensten beter af te stemmen op de lokale behoeften met het oog op de eigen sociale en culturele omgeving. De coeo-klanten profiteren bovendien van de operationele efficiëntievoordelen. Nikolaas De Donder (toenmalige vestigingsmanager) zal het operationele team hier aansturen en verder begeleiden.

Het nieuwe coeo-kantoor in Zaventem wordt een service center met een team van 12 medewerkers. In het najaar van 2021 verwacht coeo uit te breiden met lokale sales en marketing.

“Dankzij de opening van een kantoor in België, kan coeo Belgische klanten van haar opdrachtgevers veel beter bedienen. De lokale collega’s spreken de taal en voelen zich thuis in de sociaal-culturele omgeving. Dat verbetert de dialoog met klanten van onze opdrachtgevers”, zegt Roman Berkhout, (toenmalige MD/CCO van coeo NL).

“Uit onderzoek blijkt dat er veel ruimte is voor verdere innovatie omtrent data gedreven incasso-methodieken in de Belgische credit management sector. Het is voor ons een geweldige uitdaging om flinke stappen te zetten op dat gebied in een nieuwe omgeving”, aldus Niels de Peuter, (toenmalige MD/CEO van coeo NL).

“Het klantcontact verloopt via ons Belgische service center, dat als een satelliet in verbinding staat met het Rotterdamse hoofdkantoor. Ondersteunende processen blijven bij het hoofdkantoor in Nederland,” zegt Nikolaas De Donder, (toenmalige vestigingsmanager van coeo in Zaventem).

In november 2019 werd coeo al officieel ingeschreven om de minnelijke invorderingsactiviteit uit te voeren vanuit België.

Rotterdam, 1 March 2021 – coeo (formerly known as Centraal Invorderings Bureau, CIB) is crossing the border into Belgium and officially opens its office in Zaventem (Brussels) today. The opening of a second office is the result of the growth that debt collection organisation coeo is experiencing on a European level.

With a branch office in Belgium, coeo will be able to better align its services to local needs from its own social and cultural environment. coeo clients will also benefit from operational efficiency advantages. Nikolaas De Donder (former branch manager) will manage and further assist the operational team.

The new coeo office in Zaventem will be a service centre for a team of 12 employees. In the autumn of 2021, coeo expects to expand with local sales and marketing.

“Customer contact is handled by our Belgian service centre, which is connected to the Rotterdam headquarters. Support processes remain at the head office in the Netherlands,” says Nikolaas De Donder, (former Operational Manager of coeo in Belgium).

In November 2019, coeo was already officially registered to carry out the activity of amicable debt collection in Belgium.
