How to submit a complaint
Fill in the complaint form below. This is completely free of charge. You can also send your feedback by post (addressed to the Complaints Department).
Response time
After you submit your complaint, you'll receive confirmation within 5 working days, and a full response within 15 working days. If we can't meet that deadline, we'll let you know in writing.
